Clamp vec_perm_expr index in simplify_bitfield_ref to avoid ICE.

	* tree-ssa-forwprop.cc (simplify_bitfield_ref): Clamp
	vec_perm_expr index.

gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:

	* gcc.dg/pr105591.c: New test.
