	PR target/78688
	* config/rs6000/rs6000.h (FUNCTION_VALUE_REGNO_P): Use IN_RANGE
	instead of ((N) >= (X) && (N) <= (Y-X)) to silence warnings about
	comparing signed to unsigned values.
	(FUNCTION_ARG_REGNO_P): Likewise.
