* ltconfig, ltmain.sh: Remove unused files.
	* configure.in: Remove bogus extra early invocation of
	AC_CONFIG_AUX_DIR.
	* configure: Regenerate.
	* mkinstalldirs, install-sh, config.sub, config.guess:
	Remove (now) unused files.
	* Makefile.in: Regenerate (losing references to vanished
	files).
