Add/update libgomp.fortran/alloc-*.f90

libgomp/ChangeLog:

	* testsuite/libgomp.fortran/alloc-10.f90: Fix alignment check.
	* testsuite/libgomp.fortran/alloc-7.f90: Fix array access.
	* testsuite/libgomp.fortran/alloc-8.f90: Likewise.
	* testsuite/libgomp.fortran/alloc-11.f90: New test for omp_realloc,
	based on libgomp.c-c++-common/alloc-9.c.
