	(BufferedInputStream): Added Jeroen Frijters to authors.
	(count): Don't explicitely initialize with default value.
	(pos): Likewise.
	(marklimit): Likewise.
	(read): Changed boolean expression to match GNU classpath' version.
	(reset): Add proper message to exception.
	(skip): Check for closed stream.
	(refill): Likewise.
