bindgen.adb (Gen_Main_C): Change WBI __posix_exit to decc$posix_exit

	* bindgen.adb (Gen_Main_C): Change WBI __posix_exit to decc$posix_exit
	(Gen_Output_File_C): Likewise.
	(Gen_Main_C): Issue #include <stdlib.h> to avoid warning
