libgomp: Avoid complex dependencies for RTEMS

libgomp/

	* config/rtems/affinity-fmt.c: New file.  Include affinity-fmt.c,
	undefining HAVE_GETPID and HAVE_GETHOSTNAME, and mapping fwrite to
	write.
