libgo: support for sparc64 GNU/Linux

Fix lfstack code to work with sparc64 GNU/Linux address map.

Force alignment of epollevent. To make this work reliably, pass
    GOARCH explicitly to mkrsysinfo.sh.

    Patch by Vladimir Mezentsev.
