Include xm-svr3.h. Move tm.h include earlier. 

(HOST_BITS_PER_LONGLONG, HOST_WORDS_BIG_ENDIAN): Defined.
(USG, bcopy, bzero, bcmp): Deleted.
(alloca): Definition moved before tm.h.
