arm.md (adddi3, [...]): Add splitters for these patterns.

* arm.md (adddi3, adddi_sesidi_di, adddi_sesidi_di): Add
        splitters for these patterns.  Use "#" for output templates.
        (addsi3_carryin_shift): New pattern.
