	* config.gcc (powerpc-wrs-vxworksmils): New configuration.
	* config/rs6000/t-vxworksmils: New file.
	* config/rs6000/vxworksmils.h: New file.

libgcc/
	* config.host (powerpc-wrs-vxworksmils): New configuration,
	same as vxworksae.

contrib/
	* config-list.mk (LIST): Add powerpc-wrs-vxworksmils.
