	int, remove cast of NUM_RTX_CODE.
	* machmode.h: Make the HAVE_MACHINE_MODES #ifdef encompass the
	entire file.  Remove the #ifs on GET_MODE_MASK etc and
	GET_MODE_WIDER_MODE etc.
