Handle mix/max pointer reductions in parloops

	* omp-low.c (omp_reduction_init): Handle pointer type for min or max
	clause.

	* gcc.dg/autopar/pr46193.c: New test.

	* testsuite/libgomp.c/pr46193.c: New test.
