gnat.exp: Load gcc.exp. 

* lib/gnat.exp: Load gcc.exp.
	(gnat_target_compile): Use gcc_target_compile for *.c sources.
	* gnat.dg/sse_nolib.adb: Use dg-require-effective-target sse_runtime.
