for 26-bit APCS and old linker.
(CPP_PREDEFINES): Define `__arm__'; don't define `arm' or

(FP_DEFAULT): Define to FP_SOFT3 for all machines.
* config/arm/linux-aout.h (CPP_PREDEFINES): Define `__arm__';
don't define `arm' or `arm_elf'.
* config/arm/t-linux (EXTRA_MULTILIB_PARTS, MULTILIB_OPTIONS,
MULTILIB_DIRNAMES): Define. Fix typo in comment.
