* doc/install.texi: Remove install documentation for obsoleted targets
i?86-*-sco, i?86-*-sco3.2v4, powerpcle-*-pe, powerpcle-*-winnt,
arm-*-aof.
Update information about IA64 toolchain, AIX make requirements,
and binutils for m68k-*-hpux and *-*-linuxaout targets.
