Re-merge with Classpath:

* java/util/Comparator (equals): Added.
	* java/io/PipedWriter.java (write): Changed argument to `int'.

	* java/io/FileDescriptor.java (FileDescriptor()): New
	constructor.
	* java/io/File.java (getAbsoluteFile): Doesn't throw IOException.
