config.gcc (aix tm_file): Add aix-stdint.h. 

* config.gcc (aix tm_file):  Add aix-stdint.h.
        (aix tm clause use_gcc_stdint):  Set to wrap.
        * config/rs6000/aix-stdint.h:  New file.
