* config/mips/mips.h (ASM_OUTPUT_CASE_LABEL): Delete.
	(JUMP_TABLES_IN_TEXT_SECTION): Define.
	* config/mips/mips.c (mips16_insn_length): Remove reference to
	JUMP_TABLES_IN_TEXT_SECTION.
