* include/parallel/algo.h: Replace non-reserved names.
	* include/parallel/multiway_merge.h: Likewise.
	* include/parallel/multiway_mergesort.h: Likewise.
	* include/parallel/numericfwd.h: Likewise.
	* testsuite/17_intro/names.cc: Add RAI to test macros.
