	* frontend.adb: Add dependency on gnat.adc when taken into account
	and on non-temporary configuration pragmas files specified in
	switches -gnatec.
	* prepcomp.ads, prepcomp.adb (Add_Dependency): New procedure to add
	dependencies on configuration pragmas files.
