except.c (dw2_build_landing_pads): New local clobbers_hard_regs. 

* except.c (dw2_build_landing_pads): New local
	clobbers_hard_regs.  Emit an ASM_INPUT as a scheduling
	barrier after clobbers.  Fixes c++/4012.
