ffi.c (ffi_prep_closure_loc): Don't ASSERT ABI test, just return FFI_BAD_ABI when things are wrong.

* src/sh/ffi.c (ffi_prep_closure_loc): Don't ASSERT ABI test,
	just return FFI_BAD_ABI when things are wrong.
	* src/sh64/ffi.c (ffi_prep_closure_loc): Ditto.
