libstdc++: Reduce the size of a subrange with empty sentinel type

libstdc++-v3/ChangeLog:

	* include/bits/ranges_util.h (subrange::_M_end): Give it
	[[no_unique_address]].
	* testsuite/std/ranges/subrange/sizeof.cc: New test.
