libcody: Add ranlib

Add RANLIB.

	libcody/
	* Makefile.in (RANLIB): New var.
	* Makesub.in (libcody.a): Apply RANLIB.
	* configure.ac: Call AC_PROG_RANLIB.
	* configure: Rebuilt.
