xcoff.h (ASM_OUTPUT_INTERNAL_LABEL): Display count unsigned. 

* config/rs6000/xcoff.h (ASM_OUTPUT_INTERNAL_LABEL): Display count
        unsigned.
        (ASM_GENERATE_INTERNAL_LABEL): Same.
        (UNIQUE_SECTION): Fix typo.
