* libobjc/Makefile.in: Add -DIN_TARGET_LIBS to ALL_CFLAGS.
	* gcc/config/i386/i386.h: If IN_TARGET_LIBS is defined, make
	BIGGEST_FIELD_ALIGNMENT a constant.
