dwarf2out.c (dw_fde_struct): Add 'nothrow'. 

* dwarf2out.c (dw_fde_struct): Add 'nothrow'.
        (dwarf2out_begin_prologue): Set it.
        (output_call_frame_info): Don't emit EH unwind info for leaves.
