gcc.c (cc1_options): Add "-param".

	(DEFAULT_WORD_SWITCH_TAKES_ARG): Likewise.
	(option_map): Likewise.
	* toplev.c (display_help): Add entry for "--param".
	(independent_decode_option): Fix typographical error.
