Fix libstdc++ install-pdf support. 

Generating pdf files requires everything that is required for the xml files
except the style sheets.

	libstdc++-v3/
	* configure.ac (BUILD_PDF): Also test for doxygen, dot, xsltproc,
	and xmllint.
	* configure: Regenerate.
