	* java/net/natPlainDatagramSocketImpl.cc: Updated #includes
	for Win32, changed #ifdefs to check WIN32 instead of the
	(now-obsolete) USE_WINSOCK, and removed support for socket
	timeouts on Win32 pending further discussion.
