gcc_update: use human readable name for revision string in gcc/REVISION 

contrib/Changelog:

	* gcc_update: Derive human readable name for HEAD using git describe
	like "git gcc-descr" with short commit hash.  Drop "revision" from
	gcc/REVISION.
