snames.ads-tmpl, [...]: Remove VMS-specific code.

	* prj-env.adb (Initialize_Default_Project_Path): Ditto.
	* sem_ch5.adb: Minor reformatting.
	* lib-writ.adb, lib-writ.ads, bindgen.adb, sem_vfpt.adb,
