inclhack.def (AAB_svr4_replace_byteorder): Enhance comment. 

* fixinc/inclhack.def (AAB_svr4_replace_byteorder):  Enhance
	comment.  Enable for DYNIX/ptx systems (when they switch to
	regular fixincludes).
	* fixinc/fixincl.x: Regenerate.
