	* include/bits/ostream.tcc (ostream::operator<<(const char*)): Fix
	for null case.
	(ostream::operator<<(const _CharT*)): Same.
	(ostream<char>::operator<<(const char*)): Same.
	* testsuite/27_io/ostream_inserter_char.cc (test07): Add test.
