	(ashldi3_sp64): Likewise.
	(ashlsi3_const1, ashldi3_const1): Remove.
	* config/sparc/sparc.h (PREDICATE_CODES): Add const1_operand.
	* config/sparc/sparc.c (const1_operand): New.
