m68k.h: Remove comments copied over from tm.texi.

* config/m68k/m68k.h: Remove comments copied over from tm.texi.
	Rename 68000 and 68k to m68k for consistency in comments.  Remove
	trailing whitespace before EOLs and before TABs.
	(MAX_CODE_ALIGN): Remove unused macro.
	(CALL_USED_REGISTERS): Reformat and add comments.
