dbxout.c (NO_DBX_FUNCTION_END): Default to zero. 

* dbxout.c (NO_DBX_FUNCTION_END): Default to zero.
        (dbxout_function_end): Remove ifdefs for it.
        (dbxout_begin_prologue): Protect N_BNSYM with it, and gdb extensions.
