Add 'libgomp.oacc-c-c++-common/async-data-1-{1,2}.c'

libgomp/
	* testsuite/libgomp.oacc-c-c++-common/async-data-1-1.c: New file.
	* testsuite/libgomp.oacc-c-c++-common/async-data-1-2.c: Likewise.
