This improves the behaviour of the frontend in case of errors. (Install_Parent, Remove_Parent): Introduce new flag Parent_Unit_Visible, to preserve the proper visibility of the ultimate ancestor of a generic child unit, when the child is being instantiated. (Inline_Instance_Body): If we are compiling the private part or the body of a child unit, restore the proper visibility of the parents after compiling the instance body. From-SVN: r96503
