testsuite: Adjust vect/pr65947-8.c for SVE

We can vectorise vect/pr65947-8.c for SVE, as we can for GCN.

gcc/testsuite/
	* gcc.dg/vect/pr65947-8.c: Expect the loop to be vectorized for SVE.
