	* acinclude.m4 (GLIBCXX_ENABLE_C99): Don't check non-C99
	wchar_t functions...
	(GLIBCXX_ENABLE_WCHAR_T): ... do that here.
	* configure.ac: Adjust order of checks.
	* configure: Regenerate.
