acinclude.m4: Clean up comments on newer checks.

	* configure:  Regenerate.
	* Makefile.in:  Regenerate.
	* libio/Makefile.in:  Regenerate.
	* math/Makefile.in:  Regenerate.
	* src/Makefile.am:  Tell make's WERROR to depend on configure's WERROR.
	* src/Makefile.in:  Regenerate.
