Fix gnu11 fallout on Solaris 10+

libobjc:
	* thr.c (_XOPEN_SOURCE): Define as 600.

	libiberty:
	* sigsetmask.c (_POSIX_SOURCE): Remove.

	libgomp:
	* config/posix/lock.c (_XOPEN_SOURCE) Define as 600.
