graphite_autopar: Move to libgomp testsuite.

gcc/testsuite/
        * gcc.dg/graphite/graphite_autopar: Move to libgomp testsuite.

libgomp/
        * testsuite/libgomp.graphite: Move from gcc.dg/graphite.
        * testsuite/libgomp.graphite/graphite_autopar.exp: Delete.
        * testsuite/libgomp.graphite/graphite.exp: New.
