* pa-hpux10.h (NEW_HP_ASSEMBLER): Define to 1.
	* pa-hpux11.h (NEW_HP_ASSEMBLER): Likewise.
	* pa.h (LEGITIMATE_CONSTANT_P) Collapse two defines depending on
	NEW_HP_ASSEMBLER into one.  Kill warnings.
