[Ada] Refine type for type constraining routines

gcc/ada/

	* sem_ch3.adb (Constrain_Decimal, Constrain_Enumeration,
	Constrain_Float, Constrain_Integer, Constrain_Ordinary_Fixed):
	Refine parameter type from Node_Id to Entity_Id.
