libstdc++.exp: Add DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH for darwin.

	* testsuite/lib/libstdc++.exp: Add DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH for darwin.
	* testsuite/libstdc++-dg/normal.exp: Add -multiply_defined suppress
	flag.
