Cleanup algorithm implementations

* include/pstl/glue_algorithm_impl.h (stable_sort): Forward
        execution policy.
	(mismatch): Forward execution policy.
	(equal): Qualify call to std::equal().
	(partial_sort): Forward execution policy.
	(inplace_merge): Forward execution policy.
