i386.md (movsf+1, [...]): Update constraints so that SECONDARY_MEMORY_RELOAD is used.

* i386.md (movsf+1, movdf+1, movxf+1): Update constraints
        so that SECONDARY_MEMORY_RELOAD is used.  Remove dead code.
